Origination, prepress and repro problems solved: no fix, no fee
If you've got a computer-related problem that's holding up production, I can probably help. I've been working with printers and graphic designers for more than 20 years. They call me when it's very urgent or they're stuck.
Once I've understood the issue, I'll find the fastest and cheapest way to put the job to bed. I'll give you a fixed quote and completion time, and stick to it. If I don't, there's no charge.
Using my help is cheaper than having your key people struggling, and better for business than risking upsetting clients.
The difficult I fix immediately:
- Old (or new) Mac, PC or RIP not working properly
- Supplied artwork is in unusual or unknown file format
- Artwork or its media has been corrupted
- Resolution of logos, diagrams etc is too low
- Haven't got all the fonts
- PDF won't separate
- Text or other information is in an awkward format
(including merge data, mailing lists etc)
I cover all platforms, all software and all versions - even very old.
The impossible might take a little longer:
- Resolution of images is too low
- Haven't got any artwork at all, just hard copy
- Artwork is the wrong size and needs re-layout
